Maayong gabii kanatong tanang kapamilya. Here is the program of activities that we have laid out last Saturday’s meeting. Registration will start at 7:00 AM at CTU covered court. Clan sponsored Holy Mass at 8:00 AM , San Juan Nepomuceno. 9:30 AM Opening Program at CTU.

Day 1 – May 17, 2017
1. Invocation
2. Pambansang Awit
3. Welcome Address – from the Pres. Felix Tubalado Gocotano
4. The introduction of attendees (from farthest to the host sequence) – to be introduced by the emcee. Only brief introduction by each representative (kinsa cla anak, diin gikan ex. Toledo group, Bohol, Iligan, Bacolod, Luzon, Cebu City, Cagayan, General Santos, Samar, etc.) at least 5 mins.

5. Intermission Number – Bacolod
6. Snacks to be served by the caterer
7. Continuation with the introduction…
8. Intermission Number – Iligan

9. Lunch Break
10. Continuation with the Introduction
11. Parlor Games
12. Plotting of the Family Tree

Day 2 – May 18, 2017
1. Proposed Beach Party
2. Meeting, completion of the family tree, plans for the next reunion and other undertakings by the clan. Any suggestions, please feel free to do so…Our success depends upon us!

Announcement: Another meeting will be made on April 29 9:00 AM at Nilde Tubalado Chabit’s Residence.
